Please follow the guidance below on how to set-up an NHS login. To do this you will need an email address and a mobile phone number.

• Enter your email address.
• Create a secure password.
• A six-digit security code will be sent to your email. You will be asked to enter this code into the app to verify your email address.
• You will be asked to give your mobile phone number. Another six-digit security code will be sent via text message to your mobile phone. Please be aware, a security code will be sent to your mobile phone every time you log-in, unless you select ‘Remember this device and stop sending security codes’.
• You will be asked to enter your NHS number - this is the best chance of matching you to your NHS record. However, if you do not know it, you can enter your full name instead.
• Enter your date-of-birth.
• You will be asked to provide the postcode your practice has on record for you.
• To use the NHS app you must agree to the terms of use, privacy policy and cookies policy. You should read these carefully before continuing.
